Color Link — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 31 August 2026

This privacy policy explains how Ponytech Games (“we”, “us”) handles information in connection with the mobile game Color Link (the “Game”), available on Google Play and the Apple App Store.

In short: the Game has no accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask you for your name, e-mail address, or any other personal detail, and we do not store any personal profile about you on our servers.

Information we do not collect

Data stored on your device

Your game progress and settings (such as completed levels and sound preferences) are saved locally on your device. This data stays on the device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. If your device or platform is configured to back up application data, a copy may be included in that backup, which is managed by Apple or Google rather than by us.

Analytics

The Game uses Unity Gaming Services (including Unity Analytics), provided by Unity Technologies, to understand how the Game is used and to detect crashes and technical problems. This service collects technical and gameplay information such as:

We use this information only in aggregate, to fix bugs and to improve the Game. Unity processes this data as described in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.

Legal basis and your choices

Where the GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for analytics, or on our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the Game, depending on the consent choice presented to you in the Game or by your platform. You can limit analytics at any time using your device settings:

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of data relating to you, and you may withdraw consent. Because we do not hold identifying information, we may need the device identifier used by the Game in order to locate any relevant records.

Data retention

We do not keep any personal data on our own servers. Analytics data is retained by Unity in accordance with its own retention schedule, and is used by us only in aggregated form.

Children’s privacy

The Game is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

International transfers

Unity may process the analytics data described above in countries other than your own, including the United States, under the safeguards described in its own privacy policy.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with a new “last updated” date.
